Fields of Canola in bloom under blue skies

July is filled with awe-inspiring sights; it is hard to decide what is most representative of the month. Fields, forest, hilltops, and more. . .read on to see some of the sights I’ve enjoyed in this busy month.

Savannah Sparrow at nest site
Pinedrops coming up
Mariposa Lily
Swainson’s thrushes singing and bathing in forest puddles
Ripe Woodland strawberries

Goat’s beard in seed
Turkey hen and her chicks
Spotted fawn

Great Spangled Fritillary (female)
Mule deer in velvet
